ROBOTIC STATIONS
Both in the automotive industry as well as in other sectors, the application of robots in automated production lines makes it possible to achieve objectives of flexibility comparable only to those in which human labor is used. This flexibility, added to the increase in productivity and applicability in environments dangerous to humans, make robots now irreplaceable in many production sectors. The automotive sector is particularly characterized by the use and integration of robotic stations for the various phases of the production process. The design, programming and commissioning of robotic islands allows Tekna Automazione e Controllo to be the ideal partner for the complete automation of highly integrated production lines.
Robotic stations for welding car parts
Positioning lines and robotic stations for welding car parts with ABB anthropomorphic robot.
Robotic station for PUB trimming on car windscreens
Robotic station for PVB car windscreen trimming, obtained by using the robot to pass the entire glass profile on the trimming tool of the station. The orbits of the robot are managed according to the recipe and with optimized speeds to reduce the cycle time and prevent the glass from being damaged during processing.
Robotic station for loading and unloading the front car arm
Robotic station for loading and unloading the car front arm using Kuka anthropomorphic robot, with temporary storage on basket.
Robotic station for handling the car engine compartment
Robotic station for picking up the car engine compartment from the line and transferring it to the processing machine.
